Anastasia + dorms
In case of a larger group, we have adjoining dormitories, two big rooms and a shared kitchen on the ground floor.
The dorms are equipped as follows:
First floor:
· Iris dormitory with 3 bunk beds (6 sleeps 90/200)
· Dorm Tournesol (sunflower) with 5 bunk beds (10 sleeps 90/200)
· Two showers and three sinks
· Two toilets
Second floor:
· Dorm Etoiles (Stars) with 2 bunk beds (4 sleeps 90/200) and 6 beds (6 sleeps 90/200)
Sheets or bed linen can be brought along, or can be rented for 5 E / pers
On each bed you can find a pillow, a duvet and a blanket.
Prices are set according the season: consult the price table in French!
Weekend: Friday 6pm to Sunday 5pm
Midweek: Monday Noon to Friday 1pm
Full week:
· Mid season: from Friday 6pm to Friday 6pm
· In high season: from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 11am
High season: Easter, Summer, Ascension, Carnival, Christmas, New Year
Charges:
Our prices include energy costs (water, electricity, heating).
Housekeeping - Completion:
Our prices include cleaning. However, you are kindly requested to leave the house swept and cleared to leave, the dishes done, fitted sheets and pillowcases removed.
All prices are VAT included.
Conference room:
For the conference room we ask 200 euros for a weekend (2 days) or a midweek (5 days) and 300 euros for a whole week. Projection material, chairs and work tables available.
Payment:
The reservation will only become effective upon receipt of your deposit payment of 250 Euros, which amount is payable to bank account no. BE92 9731 7203 8123. In case of cancellation of your reservation, this deposit is only recoverable in case we manage to re-rent the room for which you are withdrawing.
Upon arrival, we also ask for a deposit of 750 euros which will be returned to you by bank transfer, at the latest one week after departure, after thorough inspection and approval of the inventory.
Please transfer your payment of the remaining balance at least 3 weeks before arrival.
